DISCOVERY DII-28 3D COORDINATE MEASURING MACHINE

CCM The Sheffield Discovery II D-28 CMM verifies part quality up to 20 times faster than manual methods, checks machine tool set-ups and streamlines process control automatically.

The Discovery II is intuitive, it performs all calculations and moves the measurement probe according to programmed instructions. The dampening effects of mechanical bearings and advanced composites allow the Discovery II CMM to remain virtually unaffected by shop floor movement.

It can maintain up to 2.5 micron repeatability and 10 micron volumetric accuracy in the most inhospitable conditions. With this kind of perfornce, it is an ideal solution for inspection measurement at the point of production.

TESA VISIO 300

TESSA

TESA VISIO 300 is a high precision optical machine, which is ergonomically and compactly designed. It is a multipurpose, multi-user system, which is perfect for optical measurement. It provides a 300x200x150 mm measuring volume. The machine is equipped with TESA - VISTA software.

The manual TESA VISIO 300 is associated with PC-DMIS Vision, allowing fast and easy inspection of small components.

Optics

The TESA VISIO 300 has an USB2 colour camera with a resolution to 3M pixels with a motorized zoom (0,7x to 4,5x). An integral part of the machine is the laser pointer, which helps users locate the area they want to check.

Illumination

Light sources with coloured LEDs. This valuable technology offers long-lasting cold light sources (over 50.000 hours) with low power needs.

PCDmis-Vision software

Including many programming capabilities, PCDmis provides a long-term solution in an ever evolving manufacturing environment as it can be continuously updated to the latest technology level. All inspection reports issued in a variety of formats can be custom-made to suit the operator’s specific needs.
